Delete your Card Prices account

An account is optional — you can search prices without one. If you created an account to build a collection, you can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account."
- We confirm the request and delete your account and associated data (see below).
- You receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
In the app you can also sign out at any time under Settings → Log out. Signing out removes the session from your device but does not delete your account — use the request above for full deletion.
What is deleted
- Your account credentials (email address and authentication record).
- Your collection — every card you saved, along with quantities, conditions, and folders.
- Your account profile (display name and preferences).
What is kept
Nothing that personally identifies you is retained after deletion. Card prices and market data shown in the product are aggregated from publicly available sources and are not personal data — they are unaffected by your deletion request. Any data required to be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, records of a completed purchase, should you ever make one) is kept only as long as the law requires and is not used for any other purpose.
Timing
Requests are processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
On-device data
Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device (the offline card cache and any saved sign-in), independent of the account deletion above.
