Card Prices LLC does not buy, sell, or trade cards through these platforms. The tools are designed to help users compare prices across marketplaces and make informed decisions independently.

Important: Pricing data displayed on Card Prices and Card Research is aggregated from third-party sources and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. Card Prices LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data.

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
