When you use Card Prices (card-prices.com) or Card Research (card-research.org), we may collect the following types of information:

• Browsing behavior — searches performed, products viewed, and comparison activity, stored locally in your browser to improve your experience
• Firebase Analytics — anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, and general interaction patterns, used to understand how the tools are used and improve the service
• Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences, collected automatically through analytics

We do not currently require personal identification (name, email, address) to use the tools. The sites include authentication functionality that allows optional account creation. If you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. Account creation is not required to use the pricing tools.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To improve and optimize the pricing comparison and research tools
• To understand usage patterns and identify which features are most valuable to users
• To maintain, secure, and ensure the stability of the services
• To detect and prevent abuse, including automated scraping and unauthorized data extraction

Firebase Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the tools so we can improve the experience.

We may use advertising cookies from services such as Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. These cookies help us understand how users find our tools but are not used to build personal profiles or sell data to third parties. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers are located. These transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including reliance on standard contractual clauses where required.

Card Prices and Card Research aggregate publicly available pricing data from online marketplaces to provide pricing comparison and research services. This data includes product names, conditions, prices, listing availability, and publicly visible seller information such as seller names and ratings.

All marketplace data used is publicly accessible information. No private, account-specific, or non-public data is collected from any marketplace or its users.

• Right of access — you may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data

• Right to object — you may object to processing of your personal data

Browsing data (searches, viewed products) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Firebase Analytics data is retained for 26 months, which is the Google Analytics default retention period. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.

No personal data is retained by Card Prices LLC unless you create an account.

Card Prices and Card Research are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
